JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 53(A) of the Excise Act. The petitioner was caught by the Excise Officials and 62.05 Milligram liquor was detected in his blood when he was examined through Breath Analyzer. It is alleged that the petitioner was found consuming liquor and the petitioner is in jail custody since 04.05.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
