Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court taking note of this fact that Mini Gun Factory was unearthed from his house but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that he is in jail custody since 09.04.2015 and up till now only charge could be framed against him. Taking note of the aforesaid submission as well as facts and circumstances of the case and also keeping in mind that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-V, Munger in connection with Session trial no. 33 of 2016 arising out of
