JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, State and counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.2. Counsel for the opposite party no.2 submits that in the instant case three witnesses have been examined and as such he submits that after the order taking cognizance dated 6.8.2012, the court below has proceeded ahead and now trial has commenced, in that view of the matter, interfering with the order taking cognizance is uncalled for.

After hearing the parties and on considering the stage of trial, this application is disposed of with direction to the court below to expedite the hearing and conclude the same expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
