JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Chandauti (Chakand) P.S. Case No. 110 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(1-B)A and 26 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of one country made loaded rifle from the house of the petitioner and the petitioner was also apprehended by the police in fleeing condition and one live cartridge was recovered from his possession.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 06.04.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27862 of 2016 (2) dt.14-07-2016 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Chandauti (Chakand) P.S.
