The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non payment of the difference of salary to the petitioner for the period of 2005-06 to 2017-18. Without going to the factual matrix, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file exhaustive representation enclosing all relevant information and document in support of the claim of the petitioner addressed
Patna High Court CWJC No.15995 of 2019(2) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 to the Vice Chancellor of Magadh University, thereafter, the University shall examine the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate order at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation with all consequential benefits.
