====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 14-12-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that while passing the order on injunction matter, the District

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.68 of 2021(3) dt.14-12-2021 2/2 Judge, Katihar in Civil Misc. Appeal No.18/2017 under order dated 30.07.2019 has directed the Sub Judge-I, Katihar to expedite the trial of the suit, preferably within a period of one year and both the parties were directed by the learned District Judge to co-operate in the trial, but still that suit is pending in the court of Sub Judge-I, Katihar.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the learned Sub Judge-I Katihar, is directed to take every endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit No. 166/2016 within a period of six months, subject to legal or procedural impediment, if any.

With this direction/observation, this Civil Misc. petition is disposed of.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided in para 1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
