2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 21.09.2010 passed in CWJC No. 1377 of 2010 merged with order dated 13.11.2013 passed in MJC No. 1840 of 2012.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of OP No. 5, Annexure-R/2 series whereof being an order dated 08.05.2018 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

In the above view of the matter, this Court is satisfied that the order of the Court stands complied with. 5.MJC No. 1035 of 2017 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners that in case they are aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, they may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
