Patna High Court MJC No.1014 of 2015 (3) dt.08-07-2015 08-07-2015 Heard the parties.

This application has been filed for restoration of Civil Revision No. 728 of 2007 which has been dismissed for noncompliance of the order dated 14.3.2013 whereby the petitioner was directed to ensure compliance of the order dated 30.1.2013 passed by the Lawazima Board requiring the petitioner to furnish notices under registered cover with A/D in respect of opposite party nos. 1, 3 to 8 and 11 to 16.

The matter was last heard on 24.6.2015 when it was informed by the learned counsel that he has removed the defect and furnished the requisites on 27.3.2015 which statement of the petitioner has been supported by the report of the office. In the circumstances the peremptory period granted to the petitioner under order dated 14.3.2013 passed in Civil Revision No. 728 of 2007 is extended up to 27.3.2015 and as a consequence Civil Revision No. 728 of 2007 is restored to its file. Office would proceed accordingly.

This application is allowed.
