2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "1. That this writ application is being filed for commanding the respondents as mandamus for the following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/ order or direction to the respondents to remove respondent no. 7 as 'Vikash Mitra' and for made inquiry of two different date of Birth of Respondent No. 7, on (i) 20.10.1976, (ii) 20.10.1987 respectively in different educational certificate who has fraudently appointed as "Vikash Mitra" in Gopalpur Panchayat, Block Koilwar, District Bhojpur, Ara by respondent No.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/ order or direction to the respondents for initiation of the criminal proceeding under sections 420 and others sections of the Indian Penal Code against the Respondents No. 7 and other respondents.

(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/ order or direction to the Respondents and employment authority Respondent No. 4 for gave appointment letter to next to him as perfect and able candidate for post of "Vikas Mitra" in Gopalpur Panchayat, Block Koilwar, DistrictBhojpur, Ara to this Petitioner. (iv) For issuance of an appropriate writ/ order or direction to the Respondents as required at the time of hearing and other reliefs as sought of judicature."

3. Petitioner has no locus standi to seek the aforesaid relief. Either he has to file writ of quo warranto or he must approach Lokayukta or Vigilance Cell.
