Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 365 and 366 (A)34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of abduction of minor victim girl. She was recovered and recorded her statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. In her statement, she shows no complicity of this petitioner in crime of abduction. It is submitted that she with her own sweet will solemnized marriage on 13.01.2021 with this petitioner,

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Danapur, District- Patna in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
