This application has been filed for extension of time to surrender in the court below.

By order dated 03.03.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.8622 of 2014, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail with a direction to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt or production of a copy of that order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner was suffering from heart ailment and was under treatment, he could not surrender in the court below in time and prays for extension of further time.

Considering the fact, I find that the petitioner is under treatment, he could not surrender in the court due to unavoidable circumstances. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within three weeks from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order.

This order shall form part of the order dated 03.03.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.8622 of 2015.
