In huge quantity, Indian Made Foreign Liquor was recovered while the petitioner and one co-accused were carrying the said liquor on a motorcycle.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Roh P.S.Case No. 27 of 2016, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate1st class, Nawadah stands rejected.
