JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The learned Sessions Judge has already given liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail before the concerned court and, therefore, I do not think it proper to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Buxar ( T) P.S.Case No.200 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner in the light of order dated 8.06.2016 passed by Sessions Judge, Buxar in B.P.No.331 of 2016. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.K/- U T
