None ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-08-2018 Heard Sri Vishwa Ranjan Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of the State. The sole petitioner, who is in custody on his surrender only since 05.07.2018 in a case, which was registered in the year 2009 i.e. Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 67 of 2009 , registered for the offence under Sections 343, 323, 324, 448, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 , has prayed for grant of bail.

On perusal of the F.I.R. it is evident that petitioner was arrayed as accused in the F.I.R., even then, he did not participate.

Considering the fact that petitioner remained absent

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49887 of 2018(2) dt.20-08-2018 2/2 for several years, at the moment, I am not inclined to grant bail.

The prayer for bail stands dismissed.
