The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 574/2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and his implication in this case in only on the basis of confession of a co-accused. No incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He has been made accused in this, it has been urged, only because he is an accused in about eleven other cases, out of which, in ten cases, he is on bail.

Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -I, Gaya, in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 574/2020.
