The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 08/ 2019 (N.C.B. Case No. 08/2019) for the offences punishable under Sections 8/20/25/29 of the NDPS Act. 1985.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner, faced with the bar of Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985, seeks to withdraw the present petition, however, seeks a direction upon the learned court below to expedite the trial. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of
