2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 89567 of 2024 by this Court whereby and whereunder the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail has been allowed with certain conditions.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to illness, the petitioner could not surrender within the period of eight weeks as directed in the order dated 17.01.2025.

4. In the light of submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the time to surrender is extended by further four weeks subject to cost of Rs.10,000/- to be deposited by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52187 of 2025(2) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 petitioner in the coffers of Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within two weeks from today.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 17.01.2025 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only.
