The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghosi (Okari) P.S. Case No. 306/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188/379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner and others is that they were involved in illegal sand mining.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that neither any accused person was arrested nor recovery of any tractor or trailer was made. It is further submitted that during rainy season mining is not possible in the river. Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

No.8086 of 2021(2) dt.07-12-2021 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Ghosi (Okari) P.S. Case No. 306/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
