Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No.66 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 325 and 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been arrested during the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62022 of 2021(2) dt.11-02-2022 2/2 pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
