21-11-2016 At the very outset, Sri Rajni Kant Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of complainant/opposite party no. 2, in presence of learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, informed the Court that dispute in between the parties has already been settled and compromise petition has been filed in the court below.
In view of the fact that compromise petition has already been filed, there is no need to keep the matter pending.
