2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Seikhopur P.S. Case No.119 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 4/21 MM (DR) Act, 11/43 B.M. (CPI MTS) and 56 B.M. (CPIMTS) Rule-2021.
3. Allegedly, the petitioner is said to have been involved in loading illegal sand on a tractor from Sakri river.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and have committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. There is no specific overt act against the petitioner. Petitioner has seven criminal

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail by submitting that from the perusal of case diary it is apparent that petitioner has more than seven criminal antecedent, which is not mentioned in para-3 of the bail application.
6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as the petitioner has suppressed his criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on his behalf is hereby rejected.
