Despite service of notice on opposite party no.2, no one appears today.
In the past also, effort was made by the court for settlement of the dispute but due to non-cooperation of the opposite party no.2 (non appears of the opposite party no.2) the matter could not referred to the Lok Adalat.
Today counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is possibility of settlement of the dispute. In
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34846 of 2014 (8) dt.02-08-2017 2/2 order to encourage the amicable settlement between the parties, he suggests that the matter may be remitted back to the court below to explore possibility of compromise between the parties by referring the matter to the mediation centre. Considering the fair submission of Mr. Anjani Kumar Sinha, the application is disposed of with direction to the court below to refer the matter to the mediation centre in order to encourage amicable settlement.
With the aforesaid observation, the application stands disposed of.
