Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Taking into consideration that petitioner assaulted the deceased by means of iron rod causing injury on the head of deceased and after that two other FIR named accused, too, assaulted the deceased, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Belchhi P.S. Case No. 06 of 2016 pending in the court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna stands rejected. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) Mishra/- U T
