2. The petitioner, by means of this writ petition, seeks a direction to the respondents to comply with the order and direction passed by the District Appellate Authority, Bhojpur at Ara in Case No. 71 of 2015 dated 08.10.2018.
3. For non-compliance of the order passed by the District Appellate Authority, remedy is provided under Rule 16
Patna High Court CWJC No.13556 of 2022(5) dt.01-08-2024 2/2 of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Disputes Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020.
4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the District Appellate Authority, Bhojpur at Ara against the noncompliance of the order dated 08.10.2018 passed by the District Appellate Authority, Bhojpur in Case No. 71 of 2015.
