2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

(i) For investigation of Rajnagar P.S Case No.39 of 2022 corresponding to G.R No.

25of 2022 instituted under sections 380 and 457 of the Indian Penal Code, to the higher independent police officer not concern to the Rajnagar police station to carry out fresh/denovo/reinvestigation in fair, comprehensive and transparent manner in the aforesaid case as the local police have under the influence of and in collusion with the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1798 of 2024(2) dt.14-07-2025 2/2 accused persons who are directly or indirectly associated with the high profile bureaucratic/political party, completely failed to handle and to investigate the aforesaid case in right prospect on account of external interference/pressure;

(ii) For direction to the Rajnagar police station head officer (respondent no. 4) to hand over the entire documents which has been recovered in the field, near the informant house, the said paper has been thrown by the unknown persons.

3. The learned counsel for the State has submitted that the investigation of the case has been concluded and the final form has been submitted.

4. In that view of the matter, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law in the Court below i.e., by way of filing a protest petition and in case, cognizance is not taken on the protest petition, a fresh complaint petition may be filed by the petitioner.
