ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 19-04-2016 The petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 08.11.2006 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Purnea in Cr. Appeal No. 130 of 1997/28 of 2000 also the order dated 16.09.1997 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Purnea in Complaint Case No. 495 of 1991/Tr. No. 706 of 1997. Having gone through the impugned judgment of conviction and sentence, I am unable to find any illegality in the same. However, considering the period of custody undergone by the petitioners the period of sentence is modified to the extent of period already undergone by them.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application is dismissed.
