2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 59 of 2024 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 332, 333, 353, 379, 411 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner pelted stones on the police personnel and damaged their vehicle.

4. Having considered the nature of the accusation and the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
