JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 17-06-2015 Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections-341, 323, 324, 307, 384, 354, 504, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the specific over act alleged against the petitioner of assaulting the informant with Dabiya, stands duly substantiated from the injury report, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
