Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Laheriasarai (Benta O.P.) P.S. Case No. 77 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 324, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2021, is a person with antecedent of 3 cases and charge-sheet has been submitted. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant alleges that petitioner stabbed the informant causing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61750 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 injuries in his abdomen with the help of two unknown miscreants and the informant was treated at DMCH. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and nature of allegation that the petitioner is alleged to have stabbed the informant, at present, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner and accordingly, the same stands rejected.
