ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsels appearing on behalf of the informant and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.Case No. 479 of 2014 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is allegation that the petitioner had damaged the truck, dismantled it and sold it in piecemeal, learned counsel points out to Annexure-2 which shows the fact that the truck was received by Sri Ram Finance in their office on 18.10.2014 itself. Learned counsel for the informant does not deny the same.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19786 of 2015 (3) dt.28-09-2015 the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.Case No. 479/2014 ( G.R. No. 3397/2014), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
