Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-399, 402, 412 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections-25(i-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner was neither caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and it appears that the name of petitioner was disclosed by co-accused, who were caught on the spot and except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25846 of 2016 (2) dt.24-06-2016 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S. Case No. 04 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga.
