Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a),38,41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Foreign liquor was being unloaded from a Truck near the brick-kiln of Shyam Babu Prasad and allegation is that the petitioner and others were involved in unloading the liquor. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where
