This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Isuapur Police Station Case No. 40 of 2020, disclosing offences under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the various orders passed by this Court and statements of the petitioner is similarly situated and the allegation are same and similar. It is also submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he is not involved in the alleged defalcation.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the application is allowed.
