Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 127 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 323, 447, 307, 354, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of injury sustained by the injured, which is simple, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62432 of 2021(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 127 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
