JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 435 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act. Petitioner and some others are named in the first information report but informant only expressed his doubt against the petitioner and others. Petitioner does have criminal antecedent of two cases but in the present case, except suspicion, there is nothing against him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
