2. The petitioner is aggrieved by non-payment of the salary of stenographer cadre to him for the period that he was deputed in the Forest Department as Stenographer of the Secretariat Cadre from 26.03.2001 to 01.09.2014.

3. It has been submitted that without any reason, for the aforesaid period, the salary of the cadre of the Stenographer of Secretariat has not been paid to the petitioner.

4. Several representations filed by the petitioner before the concerned authorities has yielded no result. The last of such representations has been filed before the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, Bihar, Patna on 20.08.2018.

5. The Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, Bihar, Patna (respondent no. 2) is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a reasonable period preferably within a period of six weeks of the receipt of the copy of the representation.

6. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
