Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No.553/2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 302/34 of the IPC.

As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including the petitioners are said to have killed the daughter of the informant by strangulating.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. Only on the basis of suspicion, petitioner has been made accused in this case. There is no specific overt act against the petitioner nor there is any eye witness to the alleged occurrence.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the nature of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for grant of bail on his behalf is hereby rejected. 7.

However, petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
