2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:

"(i) To quash the memo no- 992 dated 17.07.2019 issued under joint signature of the District Magistrate and Deputy Development Commissioner, Munger, whereby and whereunder the petitioner who was working as Executive Assistant in Munger has been removed with

Patna High Court CWJC No.4193 of 2021(5) dt.24-12-2025 2/2 the immediate effect. A copy of memo no992 dated 17.07.2019 is annexed as ANNEXURE- 1 to this application.

(ii) To direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner on his respective post of Executive Assistant with all consequential and monitory benefits.

(iii) To direct the respondents to pay the arrear of the salary which is due from 01.08.2018 till date along with the statutory interest.

And/or pass any such order(s) which Your Lordships may think fit and proper to the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application to enable the petitioner to move against the order impugned herein before the Appellate Authority.
