The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chandi P.S. Case No.55 of 2020 registered under Sections 379 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 39(3) of the Bihar Mineral (Concession, Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation & Storage) Rules, 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
