JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections-395, 396, 397 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, some witnesses claimed to have seen the petitioners and some others at a betel shop, prior to the alleged occurrence and, except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioners, there appears to be nothing against them. Petitioners are in jail custody since long but uptill now, they have not been put on test identification parade. Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26124 of 2016 (2) dt.05-07-2016 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 256 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi.
