Patna High Court CWJC No.15671 of 2019(3) dt.16-06-2020 2/2 The petitioner's Counsel submits that though Pension Payment Order (PPO) has been issued on 16.01.2020, the actual payments are not being made to the petitioner. He further submits that the PPO has been issued to the State authorities by the Office of the Accountant General.

The State authorities will take all steps to ensure payment of pension to the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within four weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of.
