It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, status quo
Patna High Court CWJC No.3485 of 2021(2) dt.08-09-2022 2/2 existing as on today, qua the land in question, shall be maintained, till passing of the final order by the appellate authority, in the appeal to be filed by the petitioners. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
