Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2021, registered for the offences under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR of this case was lodged after inordinate delay of 5 days, in fact petitioner cultivated the agricultural land of the informant just some days before the alleged occurrence regarding which there was a dispute between the petitioner and the informant about the payment of dues and the said facts have been supported by the witnesses during investigation and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61775 of 2021(2) dt.08-06-2022 2/2 petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that except holding the hand of the informant and pushing her down there is no any other allegation against the petitioner. Learned APP has opposed the prayer of bail.

Having Considered the above submissions and facts and circumstances of this case appearing from the FIR and petitioner has clean antecedent mentioned in para 3 of bail petition, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st Bettiah, in connection with Gopalpur P.S.
