Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State in virtual Court proceeding. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present FIR was registered under non-bailable Sections, however, the chargesheet was submitted by the police under bailable Sections. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner was granted bail by the learned court below itself, and as such, the present bail application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
