2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307, 379 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against this petitioner is of commission of assault with scissor. There is case and counter case. The doctor has found simple injury. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the facts of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57896 of 2023(2) dt.05-09-2023 2/2 within a period of six weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Sourbazar (Baiajnathpur OP) PS case No. 157/ 2023, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) of the Cr. P. C.
