2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 28 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 504, 307, 325 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the victim Puja.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the victim claims to have sustained injury of fracture of hand but there is some discrepancy in the injury report as has been found by the Additional Judge, who has heard the Anticipatory Bail Application of other co-accused.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the informant is the aunt of the victim and altogether six persons have been made accused and except the petitioner, other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the Court below.

6. The petitioner is in custody since 22.1.2024.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JMIC, Patna City/concerned Court below in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 28 of 2024. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
