Petitioner has filed this writ application for a direction to the respondent Examination Board to take final decision on the representation filed by the petitioner contained in Annexure6. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on account of indecisiveness of the Examination

Patna High Court CWJC No.15130 of 2019(2) dt.26-07-2019 2/2 Board, the entire education is suffering immensely. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Academic Director, Bihar School Examination Board to take appropriate decision on the representation filed by the petitioner at the earliest, preferably within a period of sixty days.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
