This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 110 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 354-B, 436, 429, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioners coupled with Annexure-6 to this bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9417 of 2021(2) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 application, this anticipatory bail application is also allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Singheshwar P.S.
