Let the petitioner surrender and pray for regular bail before the court below which shall hear the prayer for bail of the petitioner, i.e., S.D.J.M., West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 377 of 2014. The court below shall consider that Raj Mangal Roy who happened to be the husband of the petitioner had been admitted to regular bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 13475 of 2015. It has always to be kept in mind by the court below that when an accused seeks an order of bail whose case situates similarly with others who have been granted bail by any court, all such accused persons must be admitted to bail by the first court of bail where such prayer is made. With the above observation, the petition stands disposed of.
