Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that vide order dated petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail, however, since the name of husband of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned in the anticipatory bail petition as Suryanand Choudhary, the same has also been recorded in the order dated 04.07.2019, whereas, the correct name of husband of the petitioner is Dilip Choudhari. Having considered the averments made in the modification application as well as submission of learned
